This 2-disc video closes the gap between the medical professionals who tell us why to eat more raw foods and the chefs who demonstrate how beautiful and satisfying raw food can be. Filmed in 2008, this video demonstrates all of the basic raw food prep skills while making a Mexican-inspired meal, an Asian-inspired meal, and a few desserts. Filmed in front of a student audience, the video addresses their many concerns with making the raw-food lifestyle easily sustainable.
