In 2005 I weighed 320 pounds and suffered from many ailments. I went raw/vegan immediately felt that I’d found the fountain of youth. As a working/single mom, I had to organize my pantry to quickly prep raw meals. I began sharing my raw systems with others fighting disease, and teaching became the most important work of my life.

I hate raw food and organic food too – food with chemicals tastes better. I miss eating the same food at the same time with my mom. I want a regular mom who cooks dinner every night.
